This policy explains what data bricksmosaic processes and your rights under the GDPR. bricksmosaic is built to be privacy-friendly: there are no user accounts, and the images, photos, and codes you work with are processed entirely in your browser — they are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Processed on your device only
Everything the tool does — decoding and generating codes, converting images, building parts lists, and exporting files — happens locally in your browser. That content is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit, Vercel automatically processes server log data such as your IP address, browser type, and request time in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Vercel's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate usage and performance. They are cookieless and privacy- friendly: they set no cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not build a personal profile. They collect aggregated, anonymized data such as page views, referrer, device and browser type, country-level location, and page-load metrics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies
bricksmosaic sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@bricksmosaic.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
Data retention
We do not store your content. Server logs and aggregated analytics are kept by our processors only as long as necessary for the purposes above, in line with their respective retention policies.
